FAQ
Everything people ask before they sign up
If your question isn't here, ring the demo number and ask Ordella, or book a call with a human.
Ordella introduces itself as your virtual receptionist. It sounds natural and conversational, but it never pretends to be a person, and it hands over to you the moment a caller asks for a human.
It takes a detailed message and flags it to you straight away by text and email. You set the rules for what gets escalated: awkward quotes, complaints, or anything outside your usual work.
Yes. Ordella books into Google Calendar, Outlook, and the main trade job-management tools. If you run your diary on paper, it can simply send you each booking by text.
Most tradespeople are live the same day. You tell us your services, your working hours, your patch, and your rough pricing, then divert your number to Ordella whenever you want it picking up.
Absolutely. You keep your number and simply divert calls to Ordella: always, after a few rings, or only when you're on site. You stay in control.
It answers. Evenings, weekends, and bank holidays are when a lot of emergency work comes in, and Ordella can triage urgency, book the next available slot, or ring you directly for genuine emergencies.
Calls and bookings are handled on UK and EU infrastructure, and we process personal data under UK GDPR. You can request deletion of call recordings and transcripts at any time.
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. If Ordella isn't paying for itself in booked work, it isn't doing its job.
